JAG VOLLEYBALL FALLS IN FOUR SETS AT TEXAS STATE

SAN MARCOS, Texas – The University of South Alabama volleyball team fell to Texas State in four sets (7-25, 25-22, 20-25, 18-25) Saturday in Sun Belt Conference action at Strahan Center.

The loss snapped a five-match Jaguar win streak, as well as a three-match road win streak. South Alabama (15-7, 6-2 Sun Belt) will return to action Fri., Oct. 25, when it hosts Georgia Southern at 6:30 p.m. at Jag Gym.

GAME FACTS
- The Jaguars scored the first point of the opening set on a kill by Kelley Hartman, but Texas State then went on a 17-1 scoring run to take a 17-2 lead.
