MOBILE, Ala. – Jay Jay Chandler posted a career-high 26 points and Charles Manning Jr. tied a career-best with six assists as the University of South Alabama men's basketball team defeated Troy 82-63 Thursday night at the Mitchell Center.
Manning Jr. added 19 points and Javon Franklin finished with 13 points, eight rebounds and three blocks to lead the Jags (15-5).
Christian Turner led Troy (13-7) with 13 points, Khalyl Waters chipped in 11 and Duke Deen scored 10 to power the Trojan offense.
