MOBILE, Ala. – Five Jaguars recorded multiple hits in the University of South Alabama baseball team's 11-4 win over UTA Sunday at Stanky Field.
South Alabama (15-3, 3-0 SBC) secured the three-game sweep over UTA (6-13, 0-3 SBC) with the win, which marked the Jags' 14th victory in their last 15 contests.
Miles Simington and Cameron Tissue recorded three hits apiece, while Will Turner, Hunter Donaldson and Erick Orbeta finished with two hits each. Orbeta recorded a career-high three RBIs, Tissue tied his career high in hits (3) and Turner hit his first home run as a Jaguar.
