MOBILE, Ala. – This week the guest on the University of South Alabama's "Inside JagNation" podcast is Mechell Daniel, who was named preseason all-Sun Belt Conference on Monday.
In this episode, Daniel — a senior outside hitter from Chelmsford, England — tells listeners how she found out about and her reaction to discovering her honor at the start of the week, how she has prepared for her final season at the collegiate level, a typical day of preseason camp and what she does on the day of a match to get ready to play.
