MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama women's soccer forward Jasmine Greene was named Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Year, the conference announced Monday. Additionally, South Alabama was picked by the league coaches to finish first, tied with James Madison.
Greene was also named to the Preseason All-Sun Belt Team and is joined by forward Monique Gray and defenders Gabriela Angulo and Abby Jacobs.
Greene led the Jaguars and the conference with 12 goals and 26 total points last season, earning her Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year, Newcomer of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year honors.
