MOBILE, Ala. – Due to overnight rains and field conditions, the final day of the Jaguar Challenge has been canceled. South Alabama finishes the weekend with a 3-0 record after a pair of thrilling one-run victories on Saturday.
Four Jaguars were named to the all-tournament team – Katelyn Gruich, Amanda Flynn, Kamdyn Kvistad and Lexi Hutchins.
For the weekend, Gruich batted .667 as she was 4-for-6 at the plate with a pair of doubles, three runs scored and three runs driven in. Additionally, Gruich drew a pair of walks and was hit by pitch three times.
