MOBILE, Ala. – The South Alabama duo of Louis Delcour and Jack Clements fell 2-6, 5-7 to the duo of Rafa Izquierdo Luque and Joseph Wayand from NC State Wednesday afternoon in the round of 32 at the NCAA Doubles Championship.
The doubles pair finished 2-2 in dual match play and were 10-3 overall in the 2022-23 season and were ranked No. 61 in the May 4 ITA rankings, the highest in the conference.
Delcour, a senior from Lille, France, finishes his South Alabama career with two Sun Belt Conference Championships (2019 and 2021) and a career singles 81-38 singles record and a 64-48 doubles record.
