HATTIESBURG, Miss. – University of South Alabama right-hander Randy Bell tossed a complete game to lead the third-seeded Jaguars to a 6-3 win over No. 2 Mississippi State in the NCAA Hattiesburg (Miss.) Regional Friday at Pete Taylor Park.

Bell (7-3) allowed three runs on six hits with three strikeouts against two walks in nine innings pitched to record his seventh win and second complete game of the season. He retired 11 of the last 12 batters faced in the game to lead the Jaguars to their first postseason win over the Bulldogs.
