MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama left-hander Andy Arguelles and right-hander Zach Greene combined to limit No. 28 Southeastern Louisiana to one run on three hits in a 6-1 Jaguar victory Tuesday at Stanky Field.

Arguelles allowed one run on three hits in five innings, and Greene tossed four perfect innings to lead the Jaguars to their first win over SLU since 2016, which snapped a three-game Jaguar losing skid in the series.

South Alabama will return to action this weekend when it travels to Atlanta for a three-game Sun Belt Conference series with Georgia State, with game one scheduled for Fri.
