MIRAMAR, Fla. – University of South Alabama track and field's Hunter Appling placed 11th overall in the 39-inch 110m hurdles at the 2019 USA Track & Field U20 (Junior) Outdoor Championships, crossing the line in 13.85 seconds.
Appling, a native of Cullman, Ala., holds the Jaguar 42-inch 110m hurdles record of 14.04 seconds. The time earned him a Sun Belt Conference title during his freshman season.
