South Alabama has hit the midway point of preseason practice, as we are now two weeks from the start of game week.
The Jaguars practice one last time in the morning on Monday, before shifting to the afternoon on Tuesday. Wednesday marks the start of fall semester classes.
There is one more scrimmage to go before South Alabama begins preparation for the Sept. 2 season-opener against Ole Miss. Following last Friday's second scrimmage of the fall, head coach Joey Jones indicated he thinks his team is headed in the right direction, yet still has work to do.
