Barcelona’s search for a new midfielder continues with the club now being linked with a move for Zenit St Petersburg’s Wendel.
Russia outlet Sport-Express reports the Catalans are “showing interest” in the 26-year-old Brazilian this summer.
Wendel has also been linked with a move to Galatasaray but it seems they are yet to make an acceptable offer to Zenit.
The Brazilian is thought to be valued at around 20 million euros and has a contract at the club until 2027.
Wendel is the latest in an ever-growing list of midfielders being linked with Barcelona, although it seems the club’s top priority is now Nico Williams.
