Yerry Mina’s agent and uncle, Jair Mina, has offered an update on the defender’s future amid speculation he is close to a move to Everton.
The defender’s future at the club is uncertain despite only arriving in January, and an impressive performance at the World Cup seems to have sparked big interest.
Jair Mina says there are plenty of clubs interested but that they need to hear from Barcelona before they decide his next step.
“It is not true that Yerry has signed for Everton,” he said.
“Yerry has many teams who hold an interest in him but before we can think about that, we need to know what Barcelona plan to do.
