Former Ghana Premier League star Mohammed Yakubu believes Black Stars ace Asamoah Gyan should come to terms with fairly being beaten to the top-flight's top scorer award in 2003.
Then on the books of Ashanti Gold, Yakubu netted 13 times to sensationally claim the top prize as a 16-year-old.
Gyan recently revealed in a TV interview one of his biggest career disappointments remains losing out on the gong during his time with local side Liberty Professionals.
