Dayro Moreno scored two goals, and Xolos de Tijuana beat Chivas 4-0 on Friday night to clinch their second home win of the season.
First, a well-worked play ended with Gabriel Huache picking out Dayro Moreno, who needed a simple tap-in to give Miguel Herrera's side the early lead.
Then Aviles Hurtado took advantage of a Jose Juan "Gallito" Vazquez blunder to help Moreno fire in his second goal of the night.
The game was seemingly over by the end of the first half when Gabriel Hauche made it 3-0 ten minutes later.
In between a steady stream of Chivas possession, things went from bad to worse for the Rebaño Sagrado who conceded a penalty in the 70th minute.
