Chelsea are looking to appoint the Chile national team manager Jorge Sampaoli as the long term replacement of Jose Mourinho at the end of this season.
According to reports in Spain, Sampaoli has informed the Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich that he is ready to join Chelsea if he can pull off the transfer of Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez has been a key player for Chile under Sampaoli and the Argentine manager is keen to work with the Arsenal star at club level as well.
