The U.S. played to a scoreless draw with South Korea at Red Bull Arena in the Americans' final tune-up before the Women's World Cup.
HARRISON, N.J. — A third-straight sell-out crowd gave the U.S. national team a spirited farewell ahead of the Women's World Cup, but the Americans' performance on the field was less inspiring.
Playing its final friendly before traveling to Canada, the U.S. dominated possession but settled for a 0-0 draw with South Korea on Saturday before 26,467 at Red Bull Arena.
While the U.S. had the better of the play in the first half, neither team managed to steer a shot on goal before the break.
