They are expecting a crowd of 20,000, almost certainly more, for the Manchester derby this weekend, and even that might pale in comparison to the attendance in London. There is a clásico of sorts in Spain, too, with Barcelona facing a team that is (for the purposes of argument) Real Madrid. Two months after the World Cup final, women’s soccer will occupy the limelight in Europe once again.
