The Brazilian international suffered the knock in his side's European opener, with his injury and substitution confirmed by Chelsea's official Twitter account.
Willian's absence is bad news for Chelsea, who are competing in the Champions League and trying to salvage their Premier League season following their poor start.
Luckily for Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, he can still call on quality options, such as Eden Hazard, Oscar and Pedro, to occupy the three attacking midfield slots in their formation.
