Barcelona return to La Liga action on Saturday with a fixture that has recently been met with more than a little trepidation, a trip to Anoeta to take on Real Sociedad.
The Catalan giants have a famously poor record at Sociedad. Last season’s 4-2 win (after Barca had gone 2-0 down) was their first league victory at Anoeta since 2007.
The result ended a 10-year wait for a win and marked the end of their ‘Anoeta curse.’
All of which was a bit of a relief. But this year things are going to be a little bit different.
