Goal brings you all the key details and dates ahead of the draw for the competition that has been won by Sevilla in each of the last three seasons.
The draw for the group stages of the Europa League will take place at Monaco’s Grimaldi Forum on Friday, August 26. Unlike the Champions League draw, which will take place in the afternoon, this is slated to begin 8:00 a.m. ET.
A total of 48 sides from all over Europe will comprise 12 groups, from which the top two sides will progress. Additionally, the eight third-placed sides from the Champions League group stages will drop down to join them in the knockout stages.
