West Ham United co-owner David Gold confirms that Sam Byram has completed a permanent transfer to Norwich City

English right-back Sam Byram has left West Ham United for Norwich City after four years with the East London outfit. The 25-year-old spent last season on loan with Nottingham Forest, featuring in just six Championship games. The Hammers secured the services of Byram from Leeds United in January 2016 for £4 million, and he made 36 appearances for the side, including 27 in the Premier League. West Ham co-owner David Gold has confirmed that the full-back has completed a permanent transfer to Norwich on Twitter:
