Barcelona captain Raphinha spoke out after the team’s incredible 5-4 win over Benfica and the chaos that descended at the end of the match.
The Brazilian scored the ninth goal of the game, and the winner, deep into stoppage time after Benfica had been calling for a penalty.
Raphinha was involved in some ugly scenes at the final whistle and revealed what happened.
“I am a person who respects everyone. When I was leaving the pitch, there were people who insulted me. I returned the insults, I know I shouldn’t do that,” he told Movistar.
