Vitor Roque’s agent Andre Cury is hoping the Brazilian can enjoy a fresh start at Barcelona under Hansi Flick following Xavi’s departure.
The youngster struggled for minutes after arriving in January, with Xavi saying earlier this year Vitor Roque could got out on loan.
That brought a furious response from Cury, who claimed a permanent transfer may be sought, but it now seems he’s hopeful of a future at Barca after all.
“Vitor Roque expected more minutes with Xavi. Now, with the new coach he is starting from scratch,” Cury told Radio Marca.
