AC Milan have appointed Vincenzo Montella as their new manager on a two-year contract.
The club's official Twitter account confirmed on Tuesday that Montella would arrive at the San Siro as a replacement for Cristian Brocchi, who endured a disappointing two-month spell as caretaker manager:

The Guardian's Fabrizio Romano reported on Tuesday that Milan were set to appoint Montella as their new head coach after he guided Sampdoria to 15th in Serie A last season:
