The stadium in the nation's capital will host the men's national team for the 23rd time, the most of any venue in the world.
U.S. Soccer has announced that the U.S. national team will face Peru in a friendly at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. on Sept. 4.
The match is set for 7 p.m. ET and will be shown live on FOX Sports 1, UniMas, and Univision Deportes Network.
The game will be a good test for Jurgen Klinsmann's men, with Peru coming off a third place finish at the Copa America earlier this month, after falling to eventual champion Chile in the semifinal.
