U.S. Under-23 international Cropper signs with MK Dons

The goalkeeper, who featured for the U.S. U-23 side which finished third at the Toulon Tournament earlier this month, will join the English Championship club.

U.S. Under-23 goalkeeper Cody Cropper has signed a one-year contract with MK Dons of the English Championship.

Cropper, 22, was released by Southampton in May after spending three seasons with the Saints. He featured mostly for the club's U-21 side and failed to make a first-team appearance.

"Cody has got tremendous potential and he fits the type of the person we want around the place," MK Dons manager Karl Robinson told the club's official website.
