The European governing body has decided to maintain the decision to remove a point from Croatia's qualifying campaign after finding its fans guilty of racism.
UEFA has upheld its decision to deduct one point from Croatia's Group H Euro 2016 qualification tally for the display of a swastika during a game in June.
The European football governing body punished the side after the fans used a chemical agent to imprint a swastika on the pitch of Split's Poljud stadium before the country's 1-1 draw with Italy.
The Nazi symbol became visible during the match and Croatia was ordered to play their next two competitive home games behind closed doors and fined 100,000 euros ($113,000).
