It was a good week for fans wearing yellow in Monterrey.
Tigres won a thriller during the week in a relatively meaningless Copa Libertadores match - it already had clinched passage to the round of 16 by winning its group and had a team of mostly reserves in Peru to nab a 5-4 victory against Juan Aurich. But the real excitement came Saturday when the first teamers kept the enthusiasm going with a 3-0 win against crosstown rival Monterrey in the Clasico Regio.
