Actor Mark Wahlberg's company is reportedly facing yet another lawsuit from a famous athlete.
TMZ Sports reported Sunday that soccer legend David Beckham's company, DB Ventures Ltd., filed a lawsuit against F45 Training. Wahlberg is the chief brand officer of F45 and holds a 36 percent interest.
According to the lawsuit, Beckham said he was "duped" into signing as F45's Global Ambassador and never received the $10 million he was owed. The judge also denied F45's request to dismiss the lawsuit as "fraudulent."
This comes after NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens filed a lawsuit against F45 in 2017 and said he was never paid the $700,000 he was owed.
