Well, Miles Jacobson, the head of Sports Interactive, the maker of the simulation behemoth, claims the Tottenham and England striker has been scoring for fun simply to boost his stats!
There have been notable instances of players not progressing accurately in the game – most famously Cherno Samba and Freddy Adu - and Jacobson was so surprised by Kane's rise to prominence that he personally apologized for his underrated stats.
