The MLS Wrap: Drogba burns the Fire more takeaways from MLS Week 27

The Montreal Impact forward scored a hat trick to lead his new club over the same Fire team that tried signing him this summer.

It has to be rough to be a Chicago Fire fan.

A year ago, Chicago lost out on Jermaine Jones in controversial fashion and watched him lead the New England Revolution to the MLS Cup final. This summer, the Fire lost out on Didier Drogba, and watched him drop a hat trick on them in a 4-3 victory in Montreal. As if that weren't painful enough, the result boosted the Impact's playoff hopes while leaving the Fire in the Eastern Conference basement.
