Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has stated that he will be watching Thursday's eagerly anticipated game between Manchester City and table toppers Liverpool with a 'neutral' perspective.
The Argentine boss has overseen a terrific run of festive form for his Spurs side, which culminated in a resounding 3-0 win over Cardiff on New Year's Day. Pochettino's men lie into second place in the Premier League, with a run of just two defeats in 15 games helping the north London side lift themselves mildly into contention.
Although a Manchester City victory or a draw against Liverpool may be a favourable outcome for Tottenham, Pochettino insists that he is only interested in watching what he hopes will be an enjoyable game.
