Sporting CP are the latest club to be interested in the services of Vitor Roque, FC Barcelona’s young striker, according to the latest rumors.
The Portuguese club will have to offer more than what Everton offered for Roque, however, as Barcelona rejected a €25m bid with €3m added on.
It’s understood that the Catalans expect between €30m and €35m for him.
Roque has had a difficult start to his career in Europe after moving from his native Brazil. He’s lacked playing time and been criticized in the press for his technique, although he did score a couple of goals for Barcelona.
