Inter boss Luciano Spalletti has spoken about Rafinha ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Barcelona.
Rafinha had a successful spell on loan at the San Siro last season, although a permanent move to Italy fell through.
Spalletti explained why the club did not sign him permanently but said he would be happy to manage the Brazilian again.
“Rafinha is one of the players that helped make playing these matches possible. There were certain deadlines and costs that meant we couldn’t complete the deal. We couldn’t sign him at that point in time,” he said.
