Sounders beat FC Dallas 3-0

SEATTLE (AP) -- Lamar Neagle, Obafemi Martins, and Leo Gonzalez scored in the second half, and the Seattle Sounders beat FC Dallas 3-0 on Saturday night to move back atop the MLS standings.

Late in the 55th minute, Neagle took a pass from Brad Evans, went to the left side of the penalty area and drilled a 20-yard shot into the far right corner past goalkeeper Dan Kennedy for his third goal of the year.

Martins, who entered in the 61st minute and wore a facemask to protect his surgically repaired broken nose, made it 2-0 midway through the 73rd minute.
