April 22 (Reuters) - An 89th minute header from substitute Oribe Peralta gave Mexican champions Club America a 1-1 draw in the first-leg of the CONCACAF Champions League final against the Montreal Impact.
While Peralta's goal robbed the Canadians of what would have been a famous victory at the Azteca stadium, Montreal will still be very pleased with a scoreline that gives them every chance in the return leg next Wednesday.
Montreal took the lead in the 16th minute when Dominic Oduro broke down the right flank and his low cross was turned home by playmaker Ignacio Piatti.
