The former AC Milan and Chelsea striker turned down the top job in 2012 but has now come on board as a member of Mikhail Fomenko's team ahead of the Euro 2016 finals
Former AC Milan and Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko has joined Ukraine's coaching staff ahead of Euro 2016.
The 39-year-old, who is the top scorer in the national team's history with 48 goals, has replaced Olexandr Zavarov in Mikhail Fomenko's setup.
Shevchenko, who has completed a two-year course to gain a UEFA coaching licence, is thrilled to be joining the group ahead of the finals in France this year.
