The 67-year-old, who won the World Cup with Brazil in 2002, rejected England in 2006 but has indicated he would be keen on a move now.
Former Brazil boss Luiz Felipe Scolari has indicated an interest in becoming England’s next manager.
The 67-year-old guided Brazil to victory in the 2002 World Cup and was in contention to succeed Sven-Goran Eriksson as England boss in 2006 before he ruled out a move because of intense scrutiny from the British media.
“I am the manager of Guangzhou and I am concentrating on my job here,” Scolari told the Daily Mail.
