The 18-year-old scored his first goal of the season recently and his team-mate believes his carefree attitude is uplifting the team
Julian Weigl says Jadon Sancho's cool demeanour on the field has made a big impact on Borussia Dortmund's playing style.
Sancho, 18, became the first Englishman to score for the German side earlier this month in a 4-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen, setting up two more goals in the same game.
Injury has limited Sancho to just 10 appearances for Dortmund since he joined from Manchester City, but Weigl believes his attitude is uplifting.
"Currently, we're set up very offensively, which obviously means that we concede some chances every now and then because our attackers will be attacking-minded in some situations," he told reporters.
