The Turkish international is seen as a potential replacement for Oscar at Stamford Bridge, though he is unlikely to be sold in January
Chelsea have made an offer for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu, according to Turkish-Football.
Both the Blues and Manchester United have both been keeping tabs on the Turkey international this season, and Antonio Conte sees him as a potential replacement for the departed Oscar.
Leverkusen are unlikely to sell in January, however, though he could be available come the summer transfer window.
