The Club America midfielder was sent off in Sunday's draw with Puebla, but won't have to serve a one-match suspension after having his red card overturned.
Club America midfielder Rubens Sambueza will be available to play the Clasico Nacional after Liga MX's Disciplinary Commission overturned his one-game suspension.
Referee Fernando Guerrero showed the Argentine a second yellow card after he looked to go studs up into Puebla's Hector Damian Schmidt. The one-match ban triggered by a red card would've kept him out of this weekend's Clasico Nacional against Chivas, but the left-footed playmaker now will be able to suit up for Las Aguilas in the rivalry match.
