Calvin Stengs has become the last Netherlands international to be linked with a move to Barcelona following the arrival of Ronald Koeman as boss.
Memphis Depay, Donny van de Beek and Georginio Wijnaldum have already been mentioned as possible arrivals and Stengs can now be added to the list.
Sky Sports reckon Koeman has already “recommended” the 21-year-old AZ Alkmaar winger to the Barcelona board.
Koeman handed Stengs his Netherlands debut in November’s 5-0 win over Estonia. The youngster played all 90 minutes, picking up two assists along the way.
Stengs scored nine times and picked up nine assists in 36 appearances for AZ in all competitions in 2019-20 and is contracted to the club until 2023.
