Brazil international Robinho has completed his move to Guangzhou Evergrande, the Chinese club confirmed on its official website on July 16, per the Press Association.
The former Real Madrid and Manchester City forward was released by AC Milan at the end of the season after a spell on loan at Santos, per Alex Fisher of Goal.com.
Robinho becomes the latest Brazil international to join Guangzhou after the club completed a deal for Paulinho in June. Sports journalist Jonas Giaever doesn’t think it’s a positive move for the forward:
