Robert Lewandowski joined a select group of players at Barcelona on Monday after netting his 20th La Liga goal of the season.
The Poland international struck the only goal of the game against Rayo Vallecano from the penalty spot to ensure Barca took home all three points.
Lewandowski now has 20 goals in just 23 league matches for Barcelona and is one of only four players in the last 15 years to reach that figure by this point of the season.
Lionel Messi, unsurprisingly, was the last to do it back in 2019-20 but it’s also a milestone that only Luis Suarez and Samuel Eto’o have managed to hit previously.
