Federacion Mexicana de Futbol (FMF) officials did plenty of talking Monday, but they didn't name a coach. The reports say they'll do just that Wednesday, though they've been wrong plenty of times before. But if they do, it won't be a moment too soon.
Mexico has important friendly matches coming up against Trinidad and Tobago and Argentina and then a vital playoff against the U.S. with a trip to the 2017 Confederations Cup on the line. And without a coach, the FMF will call in the team for September friendlies.
