We have got some more developments on the Ilkay Gündogan Situation.
Sources told Barça Blaugranes on Wednesday that the Borussia Dortmund midfielder is now fully committed to signing with Barcelona in 2016, once the transfer ban gets lifted and the Blaugrana are finally able to buy and register players. The 24-year-old met with his representatives earlier this week and decided to stick around until the end of his contract, which runs out on the summer of 2016, which would require a January departure to give the German team some profit.
Also according to sources, Barça sporting director Ariedo Braida stayed in Germany after the game against Bayern Munich, and he plans to meet with Dortmund representatives to work on the final details.
