Report: Pep Guardiola Has Option to Leave Manchester City at End of Season

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola reportedly has an option to leave the club next summer because of a break clause in his contract.

According to The Times' Matt Lawton (h/t the BBC's Allie Hodgkins-Brown), the Catalan coach's deal runs out in 2021, but he can leave a year early:

Lawton reported Guardiola can only activate the clause if "certain conditions set by City" are met, should he decide he wants to leave, though neither he or the club want to do so at this time.
