Wayne Rooney's penalty in England's 6-0 win away to San Marino saw him equal Bobby Charlton's mark as his country's all-time leading scorer. I've said this before, but most will only fully appreciate Rooney once he's gone.
He turns 30 next month and has 106 caps and 49 goals for England. In the past two years, he played for England 23 times and scored 13 goals.
If he equals those numbers in 2015-16 and 2016-17, he'll pass Peter Shilton as England's most capped player and break into the ranks of the top 20 all-time international goalscorers. All before he turns 32.
