An intermediary has offered Barcelona's Neymar to bitter rivals Real Madrid for a fee of £149 million (€192 million), according to a report by Spanish media outlet Cadena COPE (h/t the Sun's Matt Heath-Smith).
Barcelona's financial problems mean they are expected to be unable to cope with the Brazilian's wage demands, with the former Santos starlet eager to drastically increase his current contract with the Camp Nou club.
Per Duncan Wright of the Sun, Barca are currently saddled with major debt and fear the financial turmoil should they bow to Neymar's requests, despite significant interest from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
